4. Harry_Potter,

Hello, good morning.

There is no set time or date for tournament games, so participants can coordinate among themselves as they wish.

The only requirement is to publish the results before the end of the established period to play, as well as to give reports once or more times here or in private.

Sign up and share!

5. Rory101,

are you sure everyone will give truthful results?

6. Harry_Potter,

Yes, although I don't rule out the possibility of fraudulent results. In addition, the opponent is supposed to read the message to check that there are no traps.

7. Rory101,

what if the opponent lies and says there are traps when there aren't?

8. YNWA,

You have 2 options, either ask both players to send in transcripts or a third person to have witnessed the game. Personally I prefer the second option.

9. Naday,

In the Spanish side of playroom, they are used to these rules. both of the players set a date to play, before a certain time limit. Once it is done, one of them posts the results on the forum, and one of them confirms it is so. Confirming does not happen in all of the cases, though. If one doesn't show up their opponent passes to the next round automatically. And the person making this tournament comes from the Spanish side, they are more experienced on it, hopefully it also works out here.

10. Nikola,

It already did work. Remember when we had the Uno league? The same principle was applied, you would send the history after the match is over and I don't remember anyone complaining. I actually like these formats myself where 2 people pick a time that works for them and play.

11. Harry_Potter,

Hello, good morning.

I will now explain the format, which I think is not entirely clear.

-A draw is made with the participants written down.

-The members of each confrontation agree among themselves.

-Both people set a schedule and a day to play.

-The two players introduce themselves, play and the result is defined.

-The two people confirm victory or defeat, attaching the results if they wish.

-If anything between the two messages does not fit, it will be played again under the supervision of the organizer.

-If someone doesn't show up on time, the opponent passes automatically.

-If you both report in but can't play for some reason, you're given an extra day.

-If after the extension of the time the match has not been played, the organizer will evaluate the number of reports or other criteria.

-If a situation not covered by the above guidelines is reported, the organiser will take the decision it considers to be the fairest.

I ask those who wish to register to let me know clearly and directly here or through my private channels.

Greetings.
