You are supposed to play with your screen reader turned on. In that case what you are requesting isn't necessary.
SAPI is just a fallback for auto-reading incoming messages, in case your screen reader isn't supported.
IF you are playing on a computer that haven't any screen reader installed, try NVDA portable.
