Recently I've messaged the online helper about translating the playroom into my native language, Romanian, and they told me that I must know French in order to do this. I don't know French, but I still wanna translate it. Has anything changed since then? If not, is there somewhere an English source I can go on translating? By source I mean translation source, not the game source code.

Yes, you should start by reading forum topics for example. Aminiel has explained the situation several times. I want to translate as well, but that's currently not possible.
