Hello! I want to draw the attention of the game room management to the fact that there is a problem when changing the nickname, in most cases it is not changed, the answer can be expected from 10 to 30 days, and reports that the nickname has not been changed are not sent to the mail. I ask you to pay attention to these problems. I don’t know how in other communities, but from the old days in the Russian-speaking community there is an opinion that nicknames are considered longer than in other communities, and they are most often rejected. although they are written in English. I have a few friends who cannot or didn’t get the nickname approved, and didn’t even get the sight of the nickname not changed. I believe this is the problem. No, I'm not saying that you need to speed up the process, there are a lot of people in the game room, and it's not realistic to respond to everyone very quickly, but try to implement the mechanism of notification in case of no nickname change. I have filed change requests myself several times, and after about 30 days I haven't received anything! it was only when I reported the problem to the forum that the nickname was changed, and I received an email about it! This is a fairly urgent problem. Also, make it possible to track the nickname change request. so that, for example, in the settings after submitting the request, the kummintarium is displayed under the rejected nickname, and it can be seen at least 5-10 days after the rejection. and a letter was sent to the post office! I do not want to offend or offend anyone, I have enough information about the Russian-speaking community, and many people have problems with changes! I just want to inform you that this is unfortunately relevant, and something needs to be changed! I hope the attachment will be reviewed! Thank! Attention!!! My English is not ideal. I am sorry for this!

2. Nikola,
Hello, in your case, I believe the problem is that you are changing your nickname from the Russian Playroom. As far as I know, the Russian language has no helpers, so nobody can accept your nickname change. A solution is to change your nickname from the English Playroom or some other language which has helpers.

3. facelessghost,
Hello! Yes, it's a good idea, but why can't all requests to change nicknames be redirected from the Russian-speaking room to the English-speaking room to assistants? Nicknames are all the same written in the Latin alphabet, and it means that their meaning will not be difficult to find! I think the problem can be solved like this. Unfortunately, not everyone is advanced in terms of pc, it is easier for someone to enter a password, a new nickname, and wait for the change, rather than change the language, go to the site, and then carry out the same actions. I think there should be no problem. All nicknames are written in English.

4. Marina,
Indeed, we do not receive requests from other languages, and as a matter of fact, the process is currently done on a daily bases in the English part, I assume it is the same in other languages that has helpers too. So currently the most practical solution is switching to any other language that has helpers, like English, French, Spanish or Italian.

5. facelessghost,
Dear Marina7. You're right, but unfortunately, most people send requests through the Russian version of the site. I am ready to help the game room, and I could help you consider requests in the Russian part of the community, since all the same nicknames are checked longer than everyone else's, or they are not checked at all! If you have uniform rules and criteria by which a nickname should be approved or rejected, and you consider my candidacy as a nickname checker in the Russian part, then I will be ready to help you!

6. Lemonade,
Hello. Part of the problem is that certain nicknames are offensive in another language, but it's not immediately obvious. Using translator tools helps to circumvent this, but only partially. Especially if they are combinations of two words, it's difficult to figure out where the first word ends and where the second begins. There have already been instances where offensive nicknames managed to slip through the cracks because they are in a language that the English helpers are not familiar with. If we were to also end up validating for the playroom in other languages, this problem would increase, because a large amount of nicknames would likely be in that language. I cannot comment on your offer to help, because we do not have control over who moderates other languages of the playroom. Your best bet is probably to contact Aminiel directly.

7. facelessghost,
Thanks for answers! Of course I understand everything! I will definitely write through the contact form.
I can’t send a message through the form on the site. I don't send spam, but they write to me the following text: • The antispam filter rejected your message because its content and / or its origin is suspicious What do i do?

8. YNWA,
You still get some dodgy ones or ones that are not great for the PR'simmage of being family orientated. Approving usernames in other languages would make it even harder to identify.
Kiss, agreed it is not the worse and pornthet are two examples that have gone under the radar. .
