I suppose this is a bit of a forum-cluttering method but to be fair I am not known for doing this.
I just wanted to congratulate and thank whoever implemented the change that allows those of us who use the forum directly on the windows client to see messages up to a week pryor to the current time marked with the actual day of the week and not the full date. I think this is quite good both on the convenience and aesthetics side of things. Touché mister dev. Keep it up.

Just a note that the same is also on the website and on the web client, not just the Windows client.
The same rule also applies when relevant in statistics or in permanent messages.

Overall, much more clean and shorter.

I found it better to avoid showing the full date when posts are from last week. In fact, many forums do that; facebook, YouTube, and all other social networks do that. It's effectively much more convenient for everyone.
