It requires a lot of artificial inteligence (AI). The bot should understand some words in eigth languajes, tell something logical, don't be so monotone...

In short, this is more or less hardest.

Chat bot is really absurd, I think if someone likes talking with bots just this person doesn't have friends and it seems you like talking with yourself, the bots are only for games but for chat it's really absurd!

Hi. In fact there are a lot of sites in which you can chat with artificial intelligences. I've tried actually a few. If you're using an IPhone than Siri will be a good AI to talk with :D. But concerning its possibility here, it's way too hard to design, like Aminiel said. Even though it's an interesting idea, I don't see any cause of adding it right now, just my opinion.
