hi admins, it's about two months that my IP is band from playroom.
i want to know why?
i've conected with my ID roonaak with another computer and i could conect with that. but i cannot do it with my computer.
please tell me why?

There should be something related to VPN (Virtual private network) and hotspot schield (a software designed to change your IP address, or to protect you from hackers while they connect on your local network or try hacking your computer through another network not necessarily from your local one. so try not to use that. It would be a good idea.

yeah i know about using VPNs, and i don't use them. but i don't know why i'm band from playroom now. help me please!
