I have not been able to log into the playroom at all today. When I click Connect after typing in my password, I get an error message: Unable to connect to the server, Error code 59695. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Hello,
there is a temporary issue with the secure SSL server today. To connect, choose the non secure server from the server combo box, then type your username and password, and you should be able to log in.
Edit: It seems that we will temporarily have to use the non secure connection. Make sure to check out the announcement just posted by the administration at https://qcsalon.net/en/forum5/topic73024
