Hola, resulta que me instalé este programa para leer libros en formato daisy, pero cuando lo voy a ejecutar me aparece un error detallado acontinuación.

¿habrá alguna manera de solucionarlo?
Ya he instalado y desinstalado y aún así sigue sucediendo, lo raro es que cuando desinstalo mientras ocurre ese proseso aparece como que también hay un error que el NVDA no llega a leer porque es como si se fuera muy rápido, pero por lo que pude ver es como si faltase algún archibo.
Desde ya muchas gracias por responder y espero que el hilo sirva para que si hay mucha gente con el mismo error, también lo pueda solucionar si es que hay alguna manera.
