Hi,
Just discovered this by chance. IT appears this option is both in the "general" section as well as "privacy" in the options menu, also accessed by pressing the f10 key.

I think you've mistaken, I have it in the Security and General options

This is intentional. It can be both quite a general setting and a security question.
