THE CLIENT SAYS ERROR: YOUR CREDENTIALS ARE INCORRECT. I have attempt several times to reenter my log in information and it is the same error. what is the issue?
and also, the playroom is taking a bit to even load maybe 8 seconds? it does not load as it use to when the enter key is pressed.

You may need to reset your password, it happens sometimes. You can also try to reset the default settings, by pressing the corresponding button on the connect dialog.
