hello everybody. i have a problem. if i connect to the playroom from the home pc i am not connecting to the playroom. it's writing error message: "you have band from the server for this reason". but if i connect to the playroom from work pc i can connect to the playroom.

that's something to do with your IP address, you appear to be using VPN (virtual private network) or HPS (hotspot shield). Try not to use them. It's a good idea, at least on this forum. To my surprise, I didn't think that both VPN and hotspot shield were so widely used among blind people.

Yes it looks as though, from that description, you've been banned on IP.

I know someone who's IP has been banned for using some VPN things but which's ban stopped automatically after removing the appropriate program.
