Hi, I saw that in the CHAT GPT application on phones there is an option to make voice calls with him and receive answers from him in real time with a human voice, is it possible to do this on a computer as well?

I believe that feature is yet not available for pc.

yeah it does. also copilot new voice mode is available for everyone. you can try that too. though both are same and using the same models, still in terms of voice and other things, I recommend chatgpt over copilot. the difference is chatgpt only allows 15 minuts for free users to try the advance voice mode, and copilot is free forever. also many things copilot can't do and refuses to do, but chat gpt does it. same with copilot, many things chatgpt refuse to do and copilot does. however, I think that whatever openai shoed in the demmos, many of the things doesn't work and they haven't givven us access to many things that were shown, like vision with advance voice mode. that will come later. we saw chatgpt singing in the demmos, but if you ask chatgpt to sing, it will refuse to do so. its up to you what you'd like to use.
