In dominos, forbid drawing from the boneyard is disabled by default, however in fives and threes it is enabled. Was this intensional or an oversight? I'm sure this has been brought up before, but I'm surprised it hasn't been changed to keep things consistant.

this seems intentional, at least according to the game rules.

In general, this variant is played without boneyard. The player with the highest double goes first.
