Sorry, I do not understand your question. to Answer the last part of what you were asking, currently, scritping with voiceover is not possible in the traditional way like with jaws. However, you can create voiceover scripts which help the end user to interact better with the application. this differs in that there must be a level of compatibility before hand for this to work.
