Hello, I am writing on behalf of user "Jan ". When she originally entered her user name, it was too short, so the server added a space character at the end of her user name. Could you either rename her account to "janbrown" or delete it complete it so she can get back into the Playroom? Thank you.

That's normal that you can't connect, you can't have a login with spaces.

I will look at the database in the next few days and tell you when something is done in this thread.
