I've suggestion for the game 99. For example, when the other player get to 30. & the next player have to get 33 or they'll loses their penny. Can u add when the other player get 33 or 66 u gain one penny and at the same time the other players loses their penny?

Also when u get to 99 the players loses 2 pennys and u gain 2 pennys. That's just a suggestions.

I though about but no, it's a bad idea. The duration of a game will be much less previsible then.
