Hello,
it is first of all important to say that the bonus is given to the person who wins the round.
It does not matter at all if you have played any 200 miles cards, if you did not win the round, your opponent gets the bonus as long as they have not played any 200 miles cards.
If you still notice that a winner of the round gets the bonus even after playing a 200 miles card, it would probably be good to send the history.
