Hi there is a but in duck racing with playing with bots. if a bot is playing and goes first sometimes it just sits there. had no choice recently but leave a game. you can't unfortunately chat to tell a bot to play.

Bots freezing unfortunately remains to be an issue with all the games that have bots in this playroom, or most of them.

I don't have problems with bots.

Hello,

Bot freezing is a general playroom problem that happens from time to time since the lockdown.

We can't prevent it from happening totally, but we are trying hard to mitigate it as much as we can.

The root cause is, in fact, bad internet connections of some people. A single person with a bad connection can freeze a table, and then if there are too many frozen tables or if people at a frozen table move out to another sane one, it can propagate, possibly to the whole playroom.

Don't hesitate to signal us via F4 when bots are frozen, we'll try to do our best.
