Hello everyone,

Today, I’d like to talk to you and gather your feedback on a little project my girlfriend and I are thinking of starting. To give you some context, we are both very interested in exploring other cultures, learning about different ways of living, and discovering and practicing new languages.

Nowadays, it's clear that the language activities sometimes offered here and there are often not adapted to our needs, and finding spaces for linguistic and cultural exchange between blind or visually impaired people is almost mission impossible.

The idea is to create an exchange space, initially between French and English speakers. The goal would be to discuss cultures and ways of life in our respective countries while giving everyone an opportunity to practice another language (in this case, English for French speakers and French for English speakers).

At this stage, it’s just a project, and we need your feedback on the following two points:

1. Do you know anyone who might be interested in such a space, and would you personally be interested in joining?
2. What platform do you think would be best for this exchange (WhatsApp, Messenger (with or without an associated Facebook group), Discord, or another platform)?

Depending on the responses we receive, we’ll get back to you soon to inform you about the progress of the project.
