I would suggest contacting school for the blind in Belgrade, you probably need more balls according to your message. Buying it from different countries can cost a lot because of post taxes. And even they themselves are not that cheap.

all you need is a couple of balls to practice with, usaba sells them for 40 or 60$ each, if you are serious about the sport, you have to invest in it, also as a club, dont you guys have supporters or sponcers behind you?
