I'd really like it if the player statistics showed a "Current as of" date showing when the statistics were reset.
Also, is it possible to see additional stats on a player?
Example: when they created their account, when they last logged in, Etc.
I know this is going a bit overboard but things like these would be really cool to check out if I'm feeling bored.

Stats last reset date is already shown. It's one of the first information given when looking at the stats for a particular game, just under the heading "Stats for <game>, <language>, <bots>". Last reset date can be different for each game.

Registration date, last connection date and such for players were shown at a time, but are currently unavailable anywhere. It will be back later, but it's not very urgent.
