• Be clear and concise, and avoid SMS abbreviations. Remember that english isn't the native language of the staff members.
• Choose an appropriate subject that well summarizes the content of your message, and avoid too generic terms like help or problem.
• Write plain text only; HTML and BBCode aren't supported
• You are limited to 2 URLs
• Send a reminder only if you didn't get any reply after more than 7 days
• Bug reports are preferably made on the forum
