I'm getting the same error. "connection lost before reading first message" If any one has any ideas how to fix this please let me know.

It might be a firewall problem. You should check if connecting to port 1321 is indeed allowed in your networkk. If you are at school, at work, or connected on any other kind of public network, it might not be the case.
