A problem starting the Playroom's client

Hi everyone,

First of all, this problem isn't happening to me. It's happening to a friend of a friend, but they can't speak french or english, but I'm reporting it because we aren't plenty sure for the solution of the following problem:

When she tries to connect to the Playroom using the Windows client, she receives a message like this: "unable to initialize aplication envirobment."

The spanish administration told us that maybe this is a problem with the operating system, but we want to be sure. If yes, what can we do for fixing it?

she's cleared the playroom, threw her firewall on both routa and computer?

There is not a message trough her firewall. So, I don't know really what's happening...
