Hi There,
I'd like to welcome all of you, on behalf of my organization, Vidyadrishti, to our latest event, the writeathon.
What is it?
The writeathon is our very own writing competition. Go solo or join with a team and go against other teams in a writing standoff. You get 7 days to write any piece: fiction, non-fiction, ETC. At the end of those 7 days, your piece will be judged by our content team and outsiders. It will be judged on the basis of concrete writing concepts like audience, purpose, language structure and form. Also, subjective opinions from random readers will be included, where people will be able to vote for a piece of their choosing.
What are the prizes?
There are 3 prizes up for grabs:
The first prize gives you and/or all of your team members free access to any course we run in 2023. We run quite a few courses, in the fields of research, computer science, writing, and much more.
The second prize gives you a 50% discount to any course we run in 2023.
The third prize gives you 25% discount to any course we run in 2023.
How do I register?
The writeathon starts on the 15th of December and ends on New Year.
