1. GracefulSwan,

Hi guys. Currently, I would like to explore the physical arts, hoping to stretch my mind and put my phone down for a time. I have some curiosity about ballet, the music makes me feel alive. I would like to learn more about acting, more than what I can get in a book. But this is hard, since I only have light perception. Both art forms are highly visual, such as understanding body language in acting or understanding ballet technique without the ability to see it. Many mental health bloggers recommend art as a coping skill. I want to find new skills. Knitting and the like are out, since I am unable to see colors, which is the main thing that makes fashion boring to me. Ny sighted friends talk about color when they pick out my clothes, but they might as well be speaking another language.

2. The-Chaos,

Check out Judo or Aikido. One arrow, two targets; self defense and physical artistry.
