1. BlindTiger,

I have a suggestion for a new game. The game is a card game called: Faze Ten. The game consists of 4 colors, 1-12 in digits, 8 wild cards, and 4 skip cards. The object of the game is to get the faze and there are 10 fazes in all. The cards go as follows: Each number has 4 of each color, so it would be 4 yellow ones, 4 Orange ones, 4 Green ones, and 4 Red ones and that goes the same all the way up through 12. This game also runs on a point system because if you have two people that get all the way to faze 10 and they both had gotten their faze, then whoever has the most points would win the game. Therefore the points would go as follows: wilds are 25 points each, 1-9 are all 5 points, and 10-12 are all 10 points each. The skips are 15 points each but they only count in the negative if you have them left in your hand when someone else goes out. Each player is delt 10 cards and when it is their turn, they draw from the pile or from the discard pile and try to get their faze. When drawing from the discard pile, you can only take the top card. The fazes are as follows:
Faze 1. 2 sets of 3. This means that the player has to have 3 cards of one number, twice. So for an example: 3 3's and 3 10's, etc.
Faze 2. 1 set of 3 and a run of 4. This means they have to again, have the 3 cards of one number, but they also have to have 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.
Faze 3. A set of 4 and a run of 4. This time they have to have the 1, 2, 3, 4, but they also have to have 4 cards of one number.
Faze 4. A run of 7. So, as long as the cards run in a sequence from lowest to highest, the run is valid.
Faze 5. A run of 8.
Faze 6. A run of 9.
Faze 7. 7 cards of one color. This is the only time in the game that color makes any difference.
Faze 8. Two sets of 4.
Faze 9. A set of 5 and a set of 3.
Faze 10. A set of 5 and a set of 4.
The only reasons that skips are in the game, are to skip the next player. However, as I said above, they count for 15 points in the negative if someone else goes out and you have them in your hand. Lets say someone does go out and you have not gotten your faze yet. When everyone that has gotten their faze moves on, you still have to get the faze that you did not get in the last round. At the end of each round, the points are all tallied and added to your score. If you managed to get your faze but you did not go out, you deduct any points you have left in your hand from whatever you had gotten in your faze during that round. If you do happen to get your faze during that round and you have cards in your hand that you can play on someone elses faze, you can do so, but not until you have your faze and they have their's. Wilds in this game can be anything that you want them to be, but they only count as 25 points. However, that can go either way, because if you don't get your faze and you have wilds in your hand, they do count in the negative.
This can be a fun but very frustrating game to play, but it isn't complicated at all once you have the hang of it. I hope I gave enough detail in this suggestion to explain this game but if you have any questions, you can always ask.
Thanks,
Funakoshi
