Hello. When I try to log in, it first asks me for a "server," but says zero items. I type in my user name and password, but when I hit the connect button, nothing happens. I've tried hitting every button I can think of, but it won't work. This just started happening today. Do you know what might be going on?

2. mary24,
Hi, I have had the same problem for the past month and a half. I and my nephew who is a computer programmer have tried the suggestions which you have made, but still can't connect. I really miss the playroom, so any other suggestions which you can offer would be appreciated. Thanks.

3. Aminiel,
All solutions have been already posted in the forum. Briefly :
Ensure having a password more than 6 character long and a nickname more than 3 characters long
Try to deinstall the playroom completely before reinstalling it, and install a fresh version just downloaded today
IF 64 bits, try to install it in the program files folder normally reserved for 32 bit programs
Try to install it in another directory than program files proposed by default. Choose a directory name without spaces or special/accented characters, for example C:\QCPlayroom

4. OhioStateBuckeyes,
I just tried all those options. When I now install it, it says access denied because it had trouble deleting existing files. I completely uninstalled it, and it said it was uninstalled but some components were still there. I ignored the problems with replacing existing files, and when I opened the playroom when it was finished, it still wasn't working. Is there some sort of problem going on here?
