When I play the Scientific war a message like "player x Changes their card piles" comes. What does it mean? Can I change my pile?

If you read the French / Italian / Spanish manual, you'll see two more rules were added to the game (this part of the English manual should be translated anyway).
Here are them. For reference, I'm translating from Spanish:

• See how many cards the other players have in hand: after playing a three, the player who played it can see how many cards the other players have in hand (don't confuse with the total number of cards, this is not the same, and this information is accessible permanently).
• Change of pile: After playing an 8, the player who played it can take their pile as a hand and leave their old hand (it's an interchange).

Note: Those actions and seeing whitch cards the other players are going to play in the next round (after playing a queen, this is already documented in English) are enabled by pressing C.
Note 2: To avoid mistakes. I'm a player, not an admin :).
