how about an option for configuring our time zone on the play room?

it's important to be able to have our correct time zone in each service in which you créate user accounts, such as the play room.
time zone configuration is necessary, if we analyze a case like this.
you send a permanent message. then, when it is listed in your imbox, it appears always marked with french timezone. for example: right now, it is 1:23 am in Colombia. if i send a permanent message to any friend, no matter what country they are, it will appear to be sent at 8:23 am, and not at 1:23, which corresponds to teh colombian time.
regarding this case, users would need to have an option to configure their time zones according to teh country they live in.
