hello there is a bug in 1000 miles where a right of way card can't be played not only as a dirty trick but if it's the last card or cards in a game. in a recent game the deck had run out I was under a cons sense card and no matter how often I hit enter it wouldn't let me play right of way. junked all the cards and then even enter wouldn't play that card could only delete it to end round. all other cards can be played as dirty tricks but that one when you are under a cons sense penalty.
