thanks to everyone who registered so far.
We have received quite a large number of teams and there is still two weeks to go, so it is possible the tournament will be expanded to include 16 teams instead of 12 as originally planned.
Further information will be shared on time as we get closer to the tournament.

Don't hesitate to inform your friends about it, just make sure to first ask your partner and get their confirmation before registering the team.

As already mentioned earlier, the tournament has been extended to now include 16 teams.
The format remains unchanged, except an additional team per group making 4 groups of 4 teams.
The leader of each group is marked with a + sign plus in front of their name.

But as I can see looking at the people who registered, them have done it before Nokomi's second comment and even police's comment, then why are they on the waiting list?
I just wonder...

Policeman was in the draw, look at first post as they have already suggested. From my experience of hosting a tournament like this most people turn up.

I'm confused as well, looks like they've registered before 3 teams that are included in the draw.

I think Nikola explained the reason to Jsanders in private, I am not the one who took care of the registrations but I must tell that sometimes it's also not about who did it first but experiences from the past and statistics. For example if I see that someone played 50 rounds of spades for three years and registered for the tournament I am not going to accept that person.
Just to make myself clear, I am not talking about Jsanders and Submarine but the way I do it in general with registrations
