The subject line says it all. I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this or finds this important? I just know that when someone enters an occupied 99 table, a game starts, and this person is unaware of the rules, that this person would likely lose pennies and cards in a very short amount of time. In fairness to all who enjoy 99, this should be addressed.
