Hello, you can open inbox by pressing ctrl plus shift plus m, or by choosing your inbox from the functions and more menu, which can also be opened with f9. In there, press enter on start a new discussion and fill in all the required fields. Note: Subject must have at least 6 characters or your message will not send.
