I do believe there should be some word games such as. Anagrams, Scrabble, Word Bingo, Mad Libs, ect.

Anagrams is for individuals and not the policy of the PR. I don't know other word games you suggest but not so easy to make available for all languages as you may need a dictionary. If people have to write down answers such as the Little exam then few will play it.
