When someone is typing a tex during the game, a boring introption comes among the rest of players since they don't know that someone is typing. This can be solved by defining a sound which can show that a player starts typing.

The only problem will be when there's about 12 people in a free table.

This is technically impossible at present without updating the client, and not really worthwhile to add this feature.

Are you so in a hurry that you can't you just wait a few seconds more ? Having the screen reader always saying "X starts typing" will in my opinion quickly become more annoying than useful.

I don't see why the option can't be toggled between off, sound, message or both.

I suppose it could be useful but I personally think it'd be annoying beyond belief for me, so I wouldn't have this on.

In my opinion, this will get us mad, especially when chatting with many people in a table.
So if we would have to vote for this, mine would be down. :)
More over, if the dialog: "somebody is typing..." would be placed on the history it would be an annoying feature.
