I'm not sure if this has been reported, but in the history log sometimes I see: Error: InvalidStateError: DOM Exception 11

What browser and system are you using ? When do you get this error exactly ? What are you trying to do ? What have you just done before getting this error ? Are you able to reproduce it again ?
