The client says that I have been banned do to multiple accounts, despite the fact I only have one. I am not logginh in through a VPN, although I did have a VPN once on my computer which I have deleted. This is a personal computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, when I tried to report this through the contact page. I got a server 500 error.

There is a very low probability but it's possible that your IP matches someone who for creating multiple accounts, used vpn, and that vpn gave your IP.
