10:00 pm in most middle eastern parts
saudy arabia, bahrain, kuwait, qatar and turky
11:00 pm in iraq, some parts of russia and UAE
8:00 pm greenwich mean time, england and portugal
3:00 pm eastern time

i already contacted abdulrhman on twitter

he can't enter playroom for some reasons and he can't start the second round matches for the following two reasons: school started+other reasons
the second matches for the tournament will starts on weakend, or last day of schools: friday

note: resume feature is still there: i'll host it until 2 days
