anyway: His IP will be changed When he Disconnect the Rooter and Reconnect In Five Minuts or SomeTimes 24 Hours if His IP is dinamic

Yeah, Most of Hotspot shield' IP Addresses are banned
Swich to Local IP Address and You'll be fine
VPNs aren't allowed in Playroom
