hi please remove chat window from standard window, it's not useful, and with tab you're putting too much things.
So chat window without F2 key, out!

No, I wont come back concerning F2.
IF you press F2, you go to the chat text box, but after having typed your message, you come back where you were.
IF you enter chat textbox with tab or Alt+C, then you stay in it after having typed a message.
Technically speaking, it doesn't change anything compared to before, except that there isn't any dialog box anymore.
