I'm sorry, but firstly, the music shouldn't be on by default or that loud. Secondly, I have been all over your site and can't find the universal key commands. This is bad! I'm sure you will tell me where they are, but wherever they turn out to be, they weren't obvious enough.
In case you're wondering why I'm so frustrated, have you any idea how difficult it is to hear a screen reader with the music running? Do you also have any idea how many people with visual impairments, also have hearing impairments? Failing all that, do you have any idea how many different musical tastes there are out there...your little elevator music clip will not be to everyone's liking.
Anyway...I'm done now...but please tell me how I can get rid of the music...thank you.
