I successfully activated an account and downloaded and installed the playroom client but I am unable to sign in and instead i am confronted with the error of invalid credentials.
please provide solutions.

Make sure that your password is at least 6 characters long and be careful about lower/uppercase.

For other solutions, make a search, you should find other propositions to solve your problem.

i checked. there is nothing wrong with my password. it is in small letters, it is alpha numeric, and it is more than six letters, infact it is 11 characters. my user name is also in small and my net connection is also sufficient. i tried varifying my firewall andd antivirus settings but couldnt identify any pertenant blocks.
is there an administrator who might assist me? can i escalate my query somewhere?

I have other blind friends who have signed in on this site quite successfully and without trouble, and are using this site and tried to help me but in vain. we cant get the game client to connect me..
