1. bleeblat ,

I'm too lazy to go through all the forums to see if these have been requested before so here's a quick summary. If there's a search engine for forum posts that I missed please send your hate mail here. If no that should be added. Also for trick taking games it would be helpful if there was a hotkey to see who played what to a trick. Yes I know you can press 1 through 9 to see the order of cards on the table but it's not always clear who played in what order. Also cribbage and euchre and hearts and balut should be added. Cribbage is probably a bit fiddly to code for bots but balut is similar enough to yatzy that it should not present much of a problem.
The rules for balut are here:
http://www.balut.org/rules.html

You can find Euchre rules here. I'm familiar with the north american ones but you'll decide what you want to code.

Cribbage rules are here:

http://www.pagat.com/adders/crib6.html

You can find rules for hearts here:
http://www.pagat.com/reverse/hearts.html

Hopefully that is helpful. Thanks for all your hard work coding everything and have fun times.
:)

2. Aminiel,

Hello,

Yes, there is a search feature. ON the menu to the top of the page, choose search and a text field will appear.

For your game suggestions, all of them have already been proposed at least once :

  • Balut: yes, it's quite simple, but it's allmost the same as yahtzee. We should try as far as possible to propose a variety of different games with different mechanics rather than many games that are quite ressemblant.
  • Euchre: definitely a good idea, but I have problems implementing some particular aspects of it. The french game called belote, also highly demanded, is in the same case.
  • Hearts: this one is definitely a game that should be on the playroom: simple and well known. It will appear for sure at some point, but when is the question: I don't know, honnestly; not tomorrow or in the next few weeks anyway, some other games are coming before.
  • Cribbage: that's also another quite highly demanded game, especially canadians. Another good one, perhaps it will come a day.
