what are intersepttions

In uno, an interception consists on playing a card with the same number of the one wich is in the table, even if it's not your turn. For example: You play a yellow 3, and it's my turn, you can play a 3 of any colour before i play my turn, and then you can play again. I don't know if you could understand.
